It's amazing how much baggage you bring to relationships due to scars/trauma from the past. I know now, you have to stop at certain points along this journey and freaking unpack your bags...I've left binge eating at the side of the road, tossed perfection off a bridge, and lost the suitcase that lugged around the constant fear of not being enough.  There is more to unpack, and I will as the mental/physical healing journey continues.  Progress not perfection!
